On Bladed Tides by Rachel C. Donnan

This was my first official book tour with R&R Book Tours. I was really excited for it! Knowing what I know now with Canva I definitely could've made better content but I was still fairly new at Canva.
Review | Book Tour
This book was amazing. I'm giving it 5/5 stars and the spice was easily a 5/5 stars as well! This book was everything I expected it to be. I had a hunch on the plot twists but I was still surprised when I actually read it. This is my first reading of a Pirate novel and it was amazing. This is also my first ARC through R&R Book Tours and it was great. Rachel did an amazing job with all of her characters, the story, world building, and details. I was fully immersed and invested in what was going on. Put this on your TBR if it isn't already you won't regret it. If you love any of the tropes listed this one is for you. If Morally Grey Male Characters are your fav and Grey is your favorite color as April Jai says in her song this is for you.
Blurb:
Rhea should have died two years ago.
She was ready to swing by the neck till the God of Death came to take her. Yet, her saviour was not the man who promised to come back for her, but rather a tyrant queen. Rhea, forced to swap one noose of rope for a different kind of leash, must stand beside the one woman who both saved her and it set on destroying her.
That is until the queen's son goes missing, lost at sea and last seen in the hands of the infamous pirate Kaiden Blackblood - the very same man who promised to come back for Rhea two years ago.
When Kaiden and his crew are found washed up and without the prince, the queen issues one order.
Find her son and be offered freedom as a reward.
Rhea must set aside her hatred for the one man she was foolish enough to fall in love with, and sail alongside him to find the missing prince - even if it means sailing into different realms that should only exist in nightmares.
About the Author:
Rachel is a long-time lover of romance, both fantasy and contemporary. When she isn't found with her nose in a book, or working away at her latest project, she can be found drinking a hundred cups of tea and exploring the world with her second-hand camera.
