Scorpion by Avina St. Graves

~August 3rd, 2024 - August 8th, 2024~

This book was so good! I absolutely needed a badass FMC that’s ex military. It’s nice to see the roles swapped and I am such a sucker for mafia type dark romance. I can’t wait to see what’s next in the rest of the Exodus Series!

Haunted by the Devil by Kinsley Kincaid

Review

~August 8th, 2024 - August 11th, 2024~

This book is not what I was expecting. Elijah was definitely different from most MMC in the Dark Romance genre. Very sincere and thoughtful towards Rain. And Rain wasn’t your typical FMC she wasn’t a damsel in distress. That I loved. And also his nickname?? Little Bat! Ugh so good probably one of the best nicknames I’ve heard in a while. I loved this book! I can’t wait to read Homecoming I need more Elijah and Rain.

Thrill of the Hunt by Dana LeeAnn

I DEVOURED this book! Holy hell! There’s just something about a man that has a soft spot for a woman and his son. IYKYK. Lauren this book was absolutely amazing! The spice. The intensity. The twists. This book had it all.

Truth or Dare by Dakota Wilde

Review | ARC

~August 14th, 2024 - August 18th, 2024~

This book was amazing! To me it gave me cruel summer vibes with the fact that it had time jumps and gave us perspective. There were a few twists I wasn’t expecting and it overall exceeded what I was expecting! So good. And different. I’m glad I got to read this!

The Devil in Disguise by L.O. Gold

This book was absolutely brilliant and amazing. Definitely not what I was expecting at all but in a good way. If you want a quick spicy read this is it. Garrett and Luke are insanely hot and deranged. If you love masked men buckle up. I couldn’t put this book down and it was everything. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to read your debut novel! It meant a lot for me.

Little Stranger by Leigh Rivers

Review

~August 25th, 2024 - August 26th, 2024~

This book was phenomenal! This was my first Leigh Rivers book and first foster sibling taboo romance and I had no complaints. Malachi was unhinged in all the best ways. And Olivia was his perfect match. I can’t wait to see what happens next.

Cry Little Sister by Willow McQuerry

Review | ARC

~August 27th,  2024 - August 31st, 2024~

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Not gonna lie I imagined them being step siblings instead of half siblings but you do you. I knew what I was getting into going in. If taboo is what you like you’re definitely getting it with this book. We’ve got Jaxon who is very obsessive, possessive and just downright unhinged. He is a very morally pitch black character. And I like the direction Willow took with this book. Dahlia our sweet Dahlia, she has been through a lot. I was very satisfied with Jaxon did to avenge her. Everything about this book was intriguing to me. I can’t wait to read more of Willow’s books.

The Death King by Penelope Barsetti

Review | ARC

~August 18th, 2024 - August 31st, 2024~

Y'all know I'm a sucker for enemies to lovers and man did we get it! Calista and Talon were the perfect couple and this book gave me major Skyrim vibes which I loved! The action, adventure, and spice were everything! I need more!
